Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Spread refried beans in an even layer in the bottom of a 9-inch baking dish. Stir cream cheese and taco seasoning mix together in a small bowl. Spread mixture evenly over refried beans.
Step 2
Toss navy beans, black beans, tomatoes, green onions, and cubanella pepper together in a separate bowl. Spread over cream cheese layer.
Step 3
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving to blend flavors.

  • 3 bunches green onions, chopped
  • 2 small tomatoes, chopped

  • 1 cubanella pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 1 (15.5 ounce) can navy beans, rinsed and drained
