Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, 10 to 12 minutes.

Cream brown sugar, margarine, and white sugar together in a bowl. Add mashed banana and vanilla extract.
