Vesper Cocktail

Invented by James Bond in the 1953 novel Casino Royale, the vesper today uses Lillet Blanc since Kina Lillet is no longer made. The resulting cocktail is delicious and potent.

Ingredients

• 1 fluid ounce vodka
• 1 cup ice
• 3 fluid ounces gin
• ½ fluid ounce Lillet blanc
• 1 orange twist

Combine gin, vodka, and Lillet in a cocktail mixing glass. Add ice and stir until chilled. Strain into chilled cocktail glass.n
