Recipe Instructions
Step 1
Peel 8 eggs. Chop eggs (both whites and yolks) and transfer to a medium bowl.
Step 2
Peel remaining 4 eggs; separate whites and yolks. Discard yolks, or reserve for another use. Chop the whites and add to the bowl.
Step 3
Add mayonnaise, chives, Dijon, celery salt, paprika, kosher salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
