Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease two baking sheets.
Step 2
Mix oats, coconut, flour, and sugar together in a large bowl. Dissolve baking powder in water in a small bowl; stir in butter and golden syrup.
Step 3
Stir butter mixture into oat mixture until well combined. Drop level tablespoon of dough onto prepared baking sheets about 2 inches apart. Flatten dough with a fork lightly coated with flour.
Step 4
Bake in preheated oven until golden, about 15 minutes.
