Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.

Toss apple slices with 1 1/2 tablespoons melted butter in a medium bowl until evenly coated; set aside.
Step 3
Separate crescent roll dough into 8 triangles. Mix brown sugar and apple pie spice together in a small bowl until well combined; sprinkle evenly over triangles. Top each triangle with an apple slice.
Step 4
Starting at the long side of each triangle, wrap dough around apple slice and place on the prepared cookie sheet. Brush with remaining 1 1/2 tablespoons melted butter.
Step 5
Bake in the preheated oven until deep golden brown and apples are softened, 10 to 12 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
