Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Spray a skillet with cooking spray and cook sandwich over medium heat until browned on both sides and marshmallows are beginning to melt, 3 to 4 minutes per side.
Step 2
Cut banana half lengthwise into 3 slices.
Step 3
Spread peanut butter on one slice of bread. Spread strawberry preserves on the other slice.
Step 4
Arrange mini marshmallows over the peanut butter. Sprinkle chocolate chips over peanut butter, then lay banana slices over top. Top with remaining slice of bread, preserve-side down, to form a sandwich.
