Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Place broccoli, cauliflower, peas, carrots, and olives in a large bowl.
Step 2
Stir creamy salad dressing, sour cream, and garlic powder together in a bowl until well blended.
Step 3
Stir dressing a spoonful at a time into the broccoli mixture until vegetables are coated.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 (4 ounce) can sliced black olives
  • 2 heads broccoli, cut into florets
  • 2 carrots, thinly sliced
  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 (20 ounce) package frozen peas, thawed
  • 1 ½ cups creamy salad dressing (such as Miracle Whip®)
