Step 1
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (63 degrees C).
Step 2
Melt butter and chocolate over low heat in a medium saucepan, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Cool slightly.
Step 3
Stir sugar into chocolate mixture. Add eggs one at a time, beating with a wooden spoon just until combined. Stir in vanilla extract.
Step 4
Stir flour and baking soda together in a small mixing bowl. Add flour mixture to chocolate mixture. Stir until just combined. Press 1/2 of the cookie dough into an 8x8-inch Reynolds® Bakeware Pan. Spread brownie batter evenly over cookie dough. Crumble the remaining 1/2 of the cookie dough and sprinkle evenly over brownie batter. Press down slightly.
Step 5
Bake until edges are firm, and starting to pull away from sides of the pan, 50 to 55 minutes. Cool on a wire rack. Cut into bars.
