This is a great breakfast smoothie that is healthy and delicious. I'm always looking for something quick and easy to make on the go before I head out of the door for work, and this recipe is one of my favorites.

Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Blend oatmeal in an electric blender until it is a fine powder. Add ice, strawberries, milk, and protein powder and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
