Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium-high heat until evenly brown. Drain, crumble, and set aside.
Step 2
Meanwhile, place eggs in a saucepan and cover completely with cold water; bring to a boil, cover, and remove from heat. Leave eggs in hot water for 10 to 12 minutes, then cool, peel and chop.
Step 3
Divide shredded lettuce among individual plates. Top with rows of bacon, eggs, chicken, tomatoes, blue cheese, green onions, and avocado.
Step 4
Drizzle with dressing and enjoy.
