Coffee Flavored Liqueur I

Vodka is flavored with coffee and vanilla, then sweetened with brown sugar. Excellent for sipping, and makes a nice gift!

Ingredients

• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 3 ½ cups water
• ½ cup instant coffee granules
• 1 (750 milliliter) bottle vodka
• 4 cups brown sugar

Recipe Instructions

Step 1

In a saucepan, combine brown sugar, water and instant coffee. Bring to a boil, then let simmer 15 minutes. Remove from heat, and cool completely.

Step 2

When coffee mixture is completely cool, stir in vanilla and vodka. Pour into dark colored bottles, and store in the refrigerator.
