A coffeeshop favorite, iced coffee "mojitos" are easy to make at home using cold brew, fresh mint, lemon, and a splash of club soda.

Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Cut lemon slices in half and tear mint leaves into thirds. Crush lemon, mint, and sugar together in a cup until sugar is completely wet. Pour cold brew on top. Mix well until sugar is dissolved. Add ice cubes and top with soda water. Stir well.

  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • Soda water
  • 8 large mint leaves
  • 3 slices lemon
  • 1 fluid ounce cold brew coffee
  • 4 cubes ice, or to taste
