Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Place cranberries, orange (including rind), and sugar in the container of a food processor. Process together until the cranberries and orange are roughly ground and well-combined with sugar. Transfer to a bowl. Stir in celery, walnuts, and pineapple until thoroughly mixed.
Step 2
Place gelatin in a bowl and pour hot water over top (don't let stand). Whisk together to dissolve. Pour gelatin over the cranberry mixture. Stir to combine.
Step 3
Pour into the mold of your choice and chill until you are ready to serve.
