Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Combine eggs, anchovies, onion, water, celery, mustard, pepper, and garlic in a food processor; pulse until combined. Pour oils in slowly, with the processor running, until dressing is smooth. Refrigerate until serving.

  • 3 eggs
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1 cup canola oil
  • 1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons dry mustard
  • 1 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 (2 ounce) cans flat anchovy fillets, undrained
  • ½ large sweet onion (such as Vidalia®), sliced
