Step 1
Cover and bake until mixture is hot and bubbly, about 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Grease a 2-quart casserole dish with 1 tablespoon butter.
Step 3
Melt 2 tablespoons butter over medium-high heat in a large sauté pan. Add cabbage and onions. Season with Diamond Crystal® Kosher Salt and black pepper. Stir, cover, and cook until cabbage and onions are soft, about 10 minutes.

Stir in flour and cook 2 more minutes. Slowly stir in broth and cream. Simmer until slightly thickened, about 2 minutes.
Step 5
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook egg noodles according to package directions until cooked through but firm to the bite, about 5 minutes. Drain.
Step 6
Add noodles to cabbage mixture. Stir to combine. Transfer to prepared casserole dish. Dot with remaining 2 tablespoons butter.
