Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Combine cumin, chili powder, salt, coriander, paprika, allspice, and black pepper in a bowl; mix thoroughly. Store in an airtight container at room temperature until ready to use.
Step 2
To use, rub 1 tablespoon spice mixture per serving onto meat of your choice before grilling or cooking as desired.
