Recipe Instructions
Step 1
Combine ground beef, garlic, ginger, and green onion in a microwave-safe bowl.
Step 2
Mix together miso, sesame seeds, sake, soy sauce, sugar, cornstarch, doubanjiang, and sesame oil in a bowl; pour over the ground beef mixture.
Step 3
Cover and microwave for 2 minutes. Remove and mix. Add tomato slices and corn. Cover and microwave until cooked through, about 3 minutes.
Step 4
While the beef mixture is cooking, bring a pot of water to a boil. Add ramen and cook until soft, about 3 minutes. Drain.
Step 5
Add drained ramen to the cooked beef mixture and serve.
