Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with foil.

Remove tough ends of mushroom stems and discard. Place mushrooms in a large bowl. Add oil, salt, and pepper. Toss to combine. Let mushrooms marinate at room temperature while the oven heats.

Spread mushrooms in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Roast in the preheated oven for 12 minutes. Using tongs, flip mushrooms over and continue roasting to desired doneness, about 10 minutes more.
