Step 1
Whisk Parmesan cheese, basil, oregano, oil, vinegar, olives, cilantro, sugar, garlic, hot pepper sauce, black pepper, Dijon mustard, salt, lemon, and onion powder together in a large bowl. Add tomatoes and green onions; stir to coat. Refrigerate.
Step 2
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook pasta until tender, about 7 minutes. Drain, rinse with cold water, drain again. Add pasta to the bowl; mix well. Top with mozzarella cheese and pine nuts. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
