Recipe Instructions

Beat egg whites in a large glass or metal mixing bowl until foamy. Gradually add sugar and cream of tartar, continuing to beat until stiff peaks form.

Gently fold whites into yolk mixture until well blended. Pour into graham crust and freeze. Serve frozen.
