Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Place watermelon chunks in a blender or the bowl of a food processor; blend until smooth. Transfer purée to a pitcher; chill in the freezer 30 to 60 minutes.
Step 2
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice; add ½ cup watermelon purée, ⅛ cup lemon vodka, 1 tablespoon lime juice, and ½ tablespoon triple sec. Cover and shake until the outside of the shaker has frosted. Strain into a martini glass. Repeat process for remaining martinis.
