Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat and lightly oil the grate.

Combine lemon juice, oil, garlic, salt, oregano, and black pepper in a large resealable plastic bag. Place chops in the bag, toss to coat, squeeze out excess air, and seal the bag. Marinate in the refrigerator 2 hours to overnight. Turn the bag frequently to coat the chops.

Remove chops from marinade; shake off excess. Place remaining marinade in a saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 10 minutes; set aside.
Step 4
Cook chops on the preheated grill until no longer pink in centers, 5 to 7 minutes per side, basting frequently with marinade. An instant-read thermometer inserted into centers should read at least 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).
