  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
  • 1 cup bread flour
  • ¼ cup oat bran
  • ¼ cup soy flour
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • ¼ cup powdered soy milk
