Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Coat a baking dish with cooking spray.

Coat a skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium heat. Season pork chops with salt and black pepper; add chops to the skillet. Cook until browned, about 5 minutes per side.
