Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Step 2
Heat oil in a large, heavy skillet over medium-high heat. Brown pork steaks for 3 to 5 minutes on each side. While browning, season both sides steaks with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Transfer steaks to a 9x13-inch casserole dish; sprinkle with chopped onion and sliced mushrooms.
Step 3
Combine mushroom soup, water, onion soup mix, and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl; mix until smooth, then pour over steaks. Cover dish with aluminum foil.
Step 4
Bake in the preheated oven for 90 minutes.
