Jalapeno Salt

Jalapeno salt is quite expensive when you can find it in the stores. So I invented my own recipe. You can find Jalapeno powder online at several online retailers. (use a search engine to find a supplier)

Ingredients

• 1 ½ teaspoons onion powder
• 1 ½ teaspoons garlic powder
• 8 teaspoons salt
• ½ cup powdered jalapeno pepper

Recipe Instructions

Step 1

Pour the salt into a blender or food processor. Process until fine, about 90 seconds. This must be done, or all of the salt will settle to the bottom of the shaker. Add the onion powder, garlic powder and jalapeno powder, and just pulse until mixed. Transfer to a shaker, and use it to spice up your favorite foods.n
