Ingredients

• 2 fluid ounces vodka
• 1 sprig fresh mint
• ice as needed
• 1 splash ginger beer
• 1 fluid ounce limoncello
• 0.5 lime, juiced

Recipe Instructions

Step 1

Combine vodka, limoncello, and lime juice in a cocktail shaker. Close and shake well (do not add ice to the shaker).

Step 2

Fill copper mug or high ball glass with ice. Strain vodka mixture into the glass.

Step 3

Top with a splash of ginger beer and garnish with fresh mint.
