Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat and lightly oil the grate.
Step 2
Whisk salad dressing, barbecue sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and pepper together in a medium bowl and pour into a resealable plastic bag. Add steak tips, coat with marinade, squeeze out excess air, and seal the bag. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, preferably 8 hours to overnight.
Step 3
Remove steak tips from marinade and shake off excess. Discard remaining marinade.
Step 4
Cook steak tips on the preheated grill until they are beginning to firm and are hot and slightly pink in the center, about 5 minutes per side. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read 140 degrees F (60 degrees C).
