Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Mix 1/4 cup brown sugar, white vinegar, balsamic vinegar, oil, cumin, curry powder, salt, and black pepper together in a large bowl. Add chicken and toss to coat.
Step 2
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Transfer chicken to the skillet; brown on both sides, about 10 to 12 minutes.
Step 3
Place 1 sliced onion, 1/2 of the mango slices, Dijon mustard, garlic, and red pepper flakes in a blender; blend until smooth, about 1 minute. Pour mango mixture into the skillet over chicken.
Step 4
Stir in mustard greens, white sugar, raisins, remaining sliced onion, remaining 1/4 cup brown sugar, and remaining 1/2 of the mango slices. Bring mixture to a boil; reduce heat to a simmer. Cook, stirring often, until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear, 10 to 15 minutes more.

  • 0.5 teaspoon curry powder
  • 0.25 cup white sugar
  • 0.25 cup brown sugar
  • 0.25 cup raisins
