Combine matcha and lemon juice in a pint-sized Mason jar, and whisk until fully blended. Add honey, whisking well, and stir in the cold water.

Screw the lid on tightly, and shake for about 20 seconds until all is well combined. Taste, and adjust sweetness to your preference, if necessary. Serve over ice.
