Iced tea with mint is the ideal summer sipper. This citrus-mint tea, using homemade simple syrup, is a non-alcoholic version of a mint julep iced tea.

Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Bring sugar and 1 cup water to a boil in a small saucepan, stirring until sugar dissolves, about 5 minutes. Add tea bags and mint to sugar mixture; let steep for 10 minutes. Strain mixture and discard tea bags and mint.
Step 2
Combine tea mixture, 2 quarts cold water, orange juice, and lemon juice in a pitcher.

  • 4 tea bags
