Ingredients

• 2 drops red food coloring
• 1 (3.4 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
• 1 (8 ounce) tub frozen whipped topping (such as Cool Whip®), thawed
• 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained
• 1 cup miniature marshmallows (such as Kraft® Jet-Puffed)
• 0.5 cup chopped pecans, divided
• 0.5 teaspoon orange extract, or more to taste

Recipe Instructions

Step 1

Stir together pineapple, pudding mix, and orange extract in a medium bowl until well combined. Stir in food coloring until well mixed. Fold in whipped topping and mini marshmallows. Reserve 2 to 3 tablespoons pecans for topping; stir in remaining pecans until incorporated.
