Step 1
Combine soy sauce, oil, garlic salt, pepper, brown sugar, mustard powder, ginger, and pineapple juice in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring to dissolve sugar, about 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and let cool.

Place chicken in a large resealable bag and pour marinade over it. Press out as much air as possible. Seal and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Preheat a grill for medium-low heat. Lightly oil the grate.

Place chicken on the grill, and discard marinade. Cook until chicken juices run clear, turning occasionally to prevent burning, 20 to 25 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
