Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease two 12-cup muffin tins or line cups with paper liners.

Beat eggs in a large bowl: mix in sugar, pumpkin, and oil.

Mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, ground cinnamon, and salt in a medium bowl. Add to pumpkin mixture: fold in chocolate chips.
