Recipe Instructions
Step 1
Cut ends off of each lime and cut each lime into 8 segments.
Step 2
Stir together cold water and sugar in a large bowl until sugar dissolves; chill in the refrigerator.
Step 3
Working in batches, pulse together chilled sugar-water mixture and lime wedges in a blender several times. Pour mixture through a strainer into a pitcher.
Step 4
Stir cream of coconut into lime mixture until well combined. Serve immediately.
