Step 1
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook rotelle in boiling water, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, about 12 minutes. Drain.
Step 2
Stir together rotelle, broccoli, carrots, tomatoes, Parmesan cheese, olives, and pepperoni in a large serving bowl until well combined. Pour 1/2 of the dressing over salad and toss to coat.
Step 3
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 8 hours to overnight. Right before serving, pour remaining dressing over salad and stir.
