Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Combine corn, diced tomatoes, green onions, cilantro, salt, pepper, and cumin in a large bowl. Stir in sour cream mixture. Fold in Cheddar cheese.
Step 2
Stir sour cream and mayonnaise together until well combined. Set aside.

  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.125 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 0.5 cup thinly sliced green onion, white and green parts
