Stuffed Chicken Breasts with Feta and Cranberries

My mom invented this recipe a number of years ago and it has been one of my favorite dishes since. It is so creamy and delicious!

Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a baking dish.
Step 2
Mix together cream cheese and feta cheese in a bowl; add as many cranberries to the cheese mixture as you like.
Step 3
Butterfly the chicken breasts with a sharp knife on a clean work surface. Rub seasoned salt over the chicken and place 1/4 of the cheese mixture on one side of the butterflied chicken, fold up, and secure with toothpicks. Place stuffed chicken pieces into the prepared baking dish.
Step 4
Bake in the preheated oven until chicken is no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, about 35 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).

  • 4 (4 ounce) skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • ¼ cup dried cranberries, or as needed
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt, or to taste
