Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Whisk salt, garlic, sage, and ginger together in a bowl; transfer to a resealable plastic bag. Add pork chops; turn to coat. Squeeze out excess air, seal the bag, and marinate in the refrigerator, at least 2 hours.
Step 2
Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high. Remove chops from the bag; shake off and discard excess rub.
Step 3
Add pork to the skillet; cook until no longer pink in centers, about 7 minutes per side. An instant-read thermometer inserted into centers should read 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).
