Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Set an oven rack about 6 inches from the heat source and preheat the oven's broiler.
Step 2
Halve ciabatta bread lengthwise; spread pesto on cut sides. Top bottom half with fontina cheese followed by tomato; broil until cheese melts.
Step 3
Place lettuce over tomatoes then place top half bread on top. Slice into 8 or 10 small sandwiches.
