Step 1
Heat a large soup pot over medium heat. Brown turkey until crumbly and no longer pink, about 15 minutes.
Step 2
Add tomatoes, black beans, sweet potato, onion, garlic, pumpkin pie spice, chili powder, cumin, salt, pepper, and cayenne to the pot. Simmer on low heat until sweet potatoes are soft and fully cooked, about 3 hours.
Step 3
Ladle chili into bowls and garnish with Cheddar cheese, fresh cilantro, and sour cream.
