Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Mix together bread crumbs and taco seasoning mix in a shallow bowl until well combined. Press salmon into bread crumbs mixture until evenly coated. Gently toss between your hands so any bread crumbs that haven't stuck can fall away. Place breaded salmon onto a plate while breading the rest; do not stack.
Step 3
Cook salmon in hot oil until the fish flakes easily with a fork, about 4 minutes per side.
