Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Rinse pork chops and pat dry with paper towels.

Mix mayonnaise and Cajun seasoning together in a bowl. Spread bread crumbs out on a large plate.

Brush mayonnaise mixture over pork chops, then gently press chops into bread crumbs to coat, shaking off any excess crumbs. Arrange breaded chops in the prepared baking dish.
