Step 1
Beat cream cheese and confectioners' sugar together in a medium bowl with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Stir in vanilla and almond extract. Whip cream in a separate bowl, until peaks form: fold into cream cheese mixture. Spread into bottom of baked pie shell. Chill.
Step 2
Combine sugar and cornstarch in a saucepan. Stir in water until smooth. Add grenadine and lemon juice. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly, or until thickened, 5 minutes. Cool. Chill in the refrigerator.
Step 3
Stir strawberries and cooled cornstarch mixture together until evenly coated: spread over cream cheese layer.
