Step 1
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil; spray the foil with cooking spray.

Beat egg in a shallow bowl. Mix Bisquick, cheese, salt, and paprika in 1-gallon resealable plastic bag.

Dip 1/2 of the chicken strips into beaten egg. Lift up so excess egg drips back into the bowl; place chicken into the bag. Seal the bag and shake to coat. Transfer breaded chicken to the prepared baking sheet, and repeat with remaining chicken. Drizzle butter over chicken.

Bake in the preheated oven until no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, 12 to 14 minutes, flipping halfway through. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
