Ingredients

• 1 (8 ounce) can pineapple tidbits, drained
• 1 (16 ounce) package cottage cheese
• 12 ounces whipped cream
• 1 (1 ounce) package strawberry flavored Jell-O® mix

Step 1

In a bowl, stir together cottage cheese, whipped cream, pineapple, and gelatin. Cover, and refrigerate at least an hour before serving.
