Vodka Collins

A vodka Collins is a refreshing cocktail made with vodka, sweet and sour mix, and carbonated water, then garnished with an orange slice and a cherry.

Ingredients

• 1 cup carbonated water
• ice
• 1 slice orange, garnish
• 3 fluid ounces sweet and sour mix
• 1 maraschino cherry, garnish
• 1.5 fluid ounces vodka

Recipe Instructions

Step 1

Fill a tall glass and a cocktail shaker with ice. Add sweet and sour and vodka to the cocktail shaker. Shake well, then strain into the prepared glass. Pour carbonated water into the glass.

Step 2

Spear cherry on a cocktail sword, then spear orange slices through the peel. Hang the sword from the rim of the glass so the fruit is in the drink.
