Preheat an air fryer to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) according to manufacturer's instructions.

Rub 1 tablespoon olive oil over each mushroom; sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning inside each mushroom. Set mushrooms in air fryer basket, cap-sides up; air-fry for 3 minutes.

Flip mushrooms, caps down, in the basket. Divide pizza sauce between mushrooms; top each with 2 tablespoons shredded mozzarella and 1 tablespoon sliced olives. Air-fry for 3 minutes.
