Amaretto

Sweet amaretto made with vodka, vanilla, almond extract, and white and brown sugars. Anyone who tries it will think you had shipped from Italy!

Ingredients

• 1 cup white sugar
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 1 cup water
• 2 tablespoons almond extract
• 2 cups vodka
• 0.5 cup brown sugar

Recipe Instructions

Step 1

Bring water and both sugars to a boil in a saucepan over medium heat. Reduce the heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, until both sugars are dissolved. Remove from the heat and let cool for 10 minutes.

Step 2

Stir in vodka, almond extract, and vanilla. Store in a sealed bottle.
